One negative experience that I have encounter wasn’t too long ago. I
recently went to Denny’s with my girlfriend and her friend. It took a while for
us to get seated, the seating arrangement were extremely poor. When being
served water was split, our drinks were splits when reaching the table, no
apology from the waiter. We had ordered an appetizer and it wasn’t brought out until
our main dishes arrived. When we ordered
our food it awhile to get to us and when it did it wasn’t warm my steak wasn’t
cooked well. Regarding the service it wasn’t great we waited a long to for our
server to come and checkup on us. We have asked multiple for refills, and I would
have to go out my way to find another server to get my items. My guess was that they were very understaffed
and that is something that a restaurant like. Regarding our cold food and the
bad service there were no accommodation toward our bill or anything

ReplyDeleteMy friend and I went to Dennys this summer and had a similar experience. We went for breakfast and we were so excited for some reason (I've never been to Dennys). It took forever for them to sit us and when they finally sat us they took forever to ask us what we wanted to drink. Then when we ordered our food it took forever for the food to come out and it was cold, nasty. I will never go to Dennys again.
